Improve your live with Feng Shui
There is a lot of misunderstanding and confusion about Feng Shui. People think that by placing a charm in a certain area that they are practicing Feng Shui. This could be done by magic, but is not Feng Shui. Actualy, Feng Shui is an evolved study of the natural and built environments. Utilizing the natural elements and practical environmental changes, people can improve upon their well being, relationships, prosperity, and health. Feng Shui always evokes the soterial expression living in harmony with the environment.'
The basics of Feng Shui is relatively simple. But from this simplicity comes a lifelong study. The four aspects of Feng Shui are:
- The Building aspect is the architecture and the design of the building. It is the basic structure. The shape and the floor plan are important factors within the building aspect.
- The Environment consists of two parts, the Internal Environment and the External Environment. The Internal Environment is things such as the warmth of the room, the smell of the home, the lightness or darkness of a room. It also includes the interior design or the decorations. The External Environment is the landscaping, the surrounding buildings, features that can affect the house such as power lines or a large body of water.
- The People aspect is how people are best aligned in the building. Further, where in the building the people can prosper is important. Often people think that Feng Shui is about the placement of furniture. What they do not realize is that Feng Shui is about the placement of people and the furniture supports this goal. For example, if a pregnant woman was born in 1969 and stayed in a home with the back to the east direction and the door facing to the west, and if she stays in the southeast bedroom, there is a great possibility that she will have a miscarriage. Why does this happen? That is why to really know Feng Shui you need to understand that the energy of the people and the home interact creating different circumstances.
- The Time aspect is a key point. The timing affects the Feng Shui of a home or office. Feng Shui is based on the Chinese Oracle of the I Ching or 'book of change' which states that all things undergo change. Nothing remains the same. There is no fixed area for love or wealth within a home. For example, in 1992 at the west was the money area and the north was the romance area, but in 1995 the money area resided in the northeast and romance could be found in the southeast. These location of these energies change depending upon the time.
